DISTRIBUPACK Shipping & Return Policy

Our goal is to provide you with superior quality products and exceptional customer service.

Most orders for in stock items will typically ship within 1-3 business days from receiving the order/payment. Shipping charges apply to every order unless specifically listed or designated otherwise. Customers will have several shipping options to select from before checking out. Shipping charges are generated and applied to the order cart based on unique features factoring in for box size/weight, shipment destination (business/residential), etc.

Returns Eligibility:

We accept returns within 15 days from the original date that the order delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Customized products are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price will be applied to all eligible returns.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund or store credit amount.

Return Process:

Contact our customer support team via the contact us link included in your Order Email to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (ie. wrong item shipped, defect in the product, etc.).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received properly.

Refunds/Store Credit:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will quickly process your refund or store credit.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-5 business days after the return is approved. Store credit will be available immediately following return approval. If a restocking fee is applicable, it will be deducted from the total refund or store credit amount.


If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange. Customers are responsible for the cost of the exchange shipping, unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part. Exchanges will be subject to the same restocking fee policy as returns.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and we will cover the cost of return shipping accordingly. Upon receiving the damaged or defective item back from you, we will either issue a refund, store credit, or send a replacement, as per your preference.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that some orders ship on the same day or the very next day after the order is received, so it is imperative to cancel in a timely fashion. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return following the guidelines above.
